Very tasty, good selection and nice staff! In addition, the sundae are good value for money. I can only recommend them!

Great sundae, delicious coffee / espresso, great service and great price! The 4th of us visited the ice cream parlor and were lucky to get a place in the sun quickly when the weather was nice. We were shown to our table and the order was taken very quickly and in a friendly manner. We waited about 5 minutes for the 4 ice cream sundaes, the apple strudel and the coffee, which is absolute top when the house is full. All the dishes were very tasty & the service was great, the friendliness was scored here! We'll be back, that's for sure! Top service 👍 Top ice cream 👍 Top price 👍

What makes a city or "homosapiens residential gathering" worthy? It is Not only its buildings/architecture or history etc. Suddenly comes forth tiny little experiences in the corners more prominant and precious... Panciera is defiently one of such examples for me in Landshut, Bavaria. It easily shares deep passion and joy of those doing it, in an scope of icecream or a bowl of fresh Erdbeerbescher mit vanila ice. Due to corona one can see it is somewhat harder for the staff to show their passion and greetings, but believe me it is there :) Thanks for the great job guys👌

Super delicious sundae, we could choose which types of ice cream to take, fruits were fresh and the service was quick and friendly! Gladly again!

If we are in Landshut a must go to this ice cream parlor. Staff is always friendly. Special requests are dealt with.

For me, the best ice cream parlor in the city of landshut because every customer is treated like a family here, especially the boss Valentina is commendable. yes I like to come here.

Ice cream is delicious, but unfortunately the staff is super rude. Bought us ice cream at the counter and paid for it (and gave it a tip), at that moment it started pouring, so we wanted to sit down briefly (seating area was completely empty) until it stopped. At that moment an unfriendly woman rushed up to us and told us that we were not allowed to sit there. So you shouldn't deal with guests, why not just point it out or ask if you might want to drink something if you want to sit down there? Will definitely not get us any more ice cream there.

Always very nice service and a very delicious ice cream. As good as in Italy. I can only recommend this ice cream parlor, so if you have been in Landshut and fancy a delicious ice cream, the panciera ice cream parlor is your first port of call

Terrible behaviour of staff - Travelling through this town for the day with my partner, exhausted after walking for so long. We decide to stop here for some desserts and to take the weight off our legs. Go in and by 10-15 euro worth of ice cream and yogurt sundaes (can’t remember the exact price and throw in a little extra as a tip). After paying and receiving our food we sit down on some of their chairs. Within 5-10 seconds some angry middle aged man staff member (looked like manager) approaches us and starts yelling in Germany. I don’t understand what is being said but he is pointing outside. We don’t know what is happening and are sitting there confused. I say “I’m sorry I don’t understand what’s wrong?”. The man yells again and continues to point/gesture outside. My partner and I get up and ask the younger man nearby on the counter what’s going on and he says “you can’t sit down after buying food, you can only sit if you are getting table service”. Now, I understand culturally there may be different rules in stores and we obviously did not know this before sitting down or even ordering. That being said under no circumstances should a staff member/manager yell at customers who have paid at any time, it is just unacceptable. We were never given an option to sit at a table for ordering and honestly I have no idea how you could make a choice without being at the counter and instructing the staff what you’d like in your individual yogurt/ice cream choice.

Very good ice-cream, big variety of different Eis Bechern at a convenient price. Right in the city center in the pedestrian area.

Malaga and bee sting taste very good, toilets clean, staff friendly. Price with 1.20 Euro per ball in order.

It seems like a really good place, but when we went there, we bought an ice cream at the counter and when we got it, we sat at a table. After a while a waitress came to us and said that we have to stand up because we bought our ice cream at the counter desk and not at her. I don't know why she said that... maybe it's the "rule", anyway i think is not too nice.

Very nice place. Good quality sandwiches and ice cream. Great terras and friendly staff.
